What you have here is a Derby SD-10 with 4 pedals and 5 knee levers set up emmons with George L pickup.
Knee room is 26"-27" off the ground. Shorter legs may have a harder time reaching some of the levers.
4 pedals. I have only been using 3 so the 4th can do whatever you like.

comes with hard case thats a little beat up and leather bag for legs etc.
