Just to let you all know that this vacancy has been filled - and it couldn't be in better hands!
Russ Wever - road warrior, great player, and all-round nice guy - is going to do it. I'd mistakenly thought Russ was busy at that time, or I'd have suggested him immediately, but all's well that ends well.
I'm sure Russ will 'post' himself nearer the time, but make a note to go and see him - it should be a fine production. I believe Jessica Welch is 'Patsy' and Becky Barter will be 'Louise' - I've worked with them both many times and they're real pros. Bruce Lang will have a good band in place so it'll be worth the trip.
There are so many good friends of mine on this show that I'm really wishing I could be there too, but I'm going to be in North Dakota.....
