Looking to trade my 1981 legrande for a 1989 to 95 mullen. The Del mullen series.
serial number like 288 without flipping the guitar over.Black with turquoise top.
8-5. franklin change on 4th string,drops 5 and 10 whole tone.
Pedals have been polished.
No legrande sticker for front but this can be easily obtained.
Also in need of new fretboards. Minimal cost there of around 15 dollars a piece.I can pay for them if it is a problem. They would have to be put on by the new owner.
George L humbuckers.
Both necks jeweled last year.
Small flaw in the formica on the top left corner. Not that noticable,it was this way when I obtained the guitar. It in no way degrades the tone of this guitar.
Also upgraded in the e9th neck is the bell cranks. They are 14 hole is what I was told.
Also the plastic Emmons name plate on the front has been replaced.
Photos coming today or tomorrow.
I hope to find someone within reasonable distance of Nashville,so you can come play this guitar.
It is one of the smoothest playing legrands I have come across. I would like either a black or maple color.
Thanks for looking

wow..that's a neat looking guitar!.. if you look underneath you can probably find out about those 14 hole bellcranks that 'you've been told about'.
if you step on one of the e9 pedals you can see some of the bellcranks moving. (underneath..on the crossrods)

wasn't 81 about the first year for the legrande? and would that make it a short keyhead model?
wish i had a mullen to trade.

Yes It is a SKH.Dont know why that didnt make it into the add to begin with.
the e9th neck will have the 14 hole bell cranks but the c6the doesnt.
I would also like the mullen to be either black or the birdseye maple color.
