Got a single coil Zum p/up with both leads broken off at the base. Any tips on trying to fix the wiring? Kinda hard to see. How can I tell which lead goes to which end of the coil?
Thanks, JO. |

Personally I don't see me having the patience tease out enough wire to graft new leads on. I think I'd just send it to Jerry Wallace _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects |

Well, I found some conductive glue. I may try to repair it that way. I'm just not sure which lead goes where. I get continuity from the pole pieces to what I think is left of the shield or neg. lead. Does that sound right? |

If you only have one pickup it doesn't matter which lead goes where. |

ooops. You have continuity from pole pieces to one of the termination points?
As you have concluded, make this one the shield return. |
