I would like to announce a new innovation in speaker cabinets design, the
"Crossfire" has arrived.
I've been working on this for a while and finally got-er-done.
The "Crossfire" houses two 12" speakers tilted back 2" and tilted in 2" as well.
The advantage of this is, about 4 feet out from the front of this cabinet the sound from both speakers come together as one tone in a "Crossfire" fashion. This enables you to run one speaker dry, and another with effects. Or, as some folks like to run one speaker in phase and the other one out of phase. Another option is, some like to play through 2 different kinds of speakers. What ever application you choose to use, it all comes together as one tone when it "Crossfires" about 4 feet out.
Plans are being made to produce a 15" "Crossfire" as well. We just introduced this new cabinet on my website and I will have one at the Dallas show as well.
Thanks for looking and see you soon. (:

I think it was Sunn that did this years ago, I never played through one but I used to see them around though. I think the Bible says there's nothing new under the "Sunn".

Hey Fred
Are the Cabs. ported or open back, and what kind of speakers do you use?

Larry, all the speaker cabinets I build are open back. I do not load any of them with speakers as everyone wants something different in a speaker.
I personally use nothing but Black Widow's.
Thanks for looking.
