JOIN US for a good time at our 14th annual Northeast Iowa Steel Guitar Jam/Show on Saturday & Sunday, February 25-26, 2006, at the historic Electric Park Ballroom in Waterloo, Iowa. The show continues to experience significant growth and featured guests this year include TERRY BETHEL and DeWITT SCOTT along with 28-30 Midwest steel players! This is truly a gathering 'where no one is a stranger' and friendship abounds. Artists perform 11am-11pm Saturday and 9am-6:30pm Sunday. The show includes great music for the audience as well as for the many attendees who love to dance. Mark your calendars to be with us February 25-26! ...Dennis, Kirk, Dale, Lefty

Hey ya'll, just FYI - when you call for your reservation you will have to enter the location code. That code is 10. It's the Waterloo location near Crossroads Mall. You don't want to miss these great Midwest pickers. See you there!

Hello Lefty, in case you haven't heard, I have moved back to Minnesota, and I will be there this year for sure. I always look forward to going to Waterloo, and I have missed being there for the last three years, having lived in Colorado.

Be sure to attend this fine show, if you can. You wil not be disappointed.

See you all there.

Dennis

This is an OUTSTANDING Steel Guitar Show! Anyone who has attended will certainly tell you so! My wife Barb "Fox" & I have had the honor of playing it several times. We will not be playing this year. We have decided to go down to listen to, dance to and visit with some of the GREATEST musicians and steel fans to be found. Hope to see you there!

Mark- I am not sure if the Dighton "Poop-a-Seat" will be available for display this year or not. I am not sure what the status is of that seat. I hear tell that Dennis got it back out for those "prolonged" practice sessions.

For those of you steel players who are playing this year at NEISGJ, please e-mail the names of your assisting musicians so I can add them to the complimentary admit list. My home e-mail is:

This is going to be a great show. I always enjoy hearing Terry Bethel - I wonder if he'll do my favorite, hmmmm (BTW that's everything Terry plays). What a treat to hear Al Svenddal live as well. Oh, and Dean Dobbins - hello from the speckled pup! And let's not forget Scotty on his fry pan. The line up is fantastic and I'm really looking forward to the show. See you all there!

Thanks Dean - ya make me blush! I'm looking forward to being at the show and hearing some great music. But most of all see all you guys do what you love to do just makes it all the better.

We'll be hosting interviews for the show so make sure you stop by after your set so we can talk a bit.

Thanks Lefty and the NEISGA for this opportunity. It's going to be a blast!
