I am mainly a pedal steel guy, but recently have been getting into playing a lil lap. I have been working on the jimmy bryant/speedy west repertoire and did a little living room recording of "Jammin' With Jimmy". I hope you enjoy it.

Well done! It is clear you don't have to have those pedals to come across with beautiful music.

Those tunes are so fun to listen to
Great treat this morning - keep em coming
I've found, for myself, that I enjoy playing non-pedal much more than pedal - so beware, it's addicting.

Mike,
Thanks! I have been a fan of your playing since I heard the Moonlighters, I subbed on steel with Bliss for a bit doing gigs with Delta Dreambox and the Moonlighters.

I am getting pretty addicted to no pedal steel, its a great instrument. Very different than pedal steel, my brain is a mess of tunings right now but i really want to get C6 wired...
And this music is probably some of the funniest music i have ever played, not to mention it contains some smokin' playing.
I have a couple more tunes from this session which i will post sometime soon.
