Well, I pulled a very boneheaded move and left my steel in my car, covered in blankets.. and the inevitable happened. So if you see a black Mullen single neck (I believe it was an into series model produced in the 90s. Serial number in the low 2,000s), it's almost certainly mine. Stolen from downtown Colorado Springs.
Best photo I can find at the moment.. http://imgur.com/tP81i
Sorry if this isn't the best place to post this, not sure where else though. |

Very sorry to hear this, Patrick. I'll be looking on CL in NoCo. Probably wouldn't hurt to start calling pawn shops if you haven't already. |

Thanks guys, the support means a lot. I joined the forum a year or two ago, but never really took advantage of it until I needed help! So again, thanks for keeping an eye out. |

Patrick - I assume you reported this to the police, but if not, I would. My best friend lives in the Springs and had several guitars stolen from his home there a couple years ago - he reported it, and the police "pawn shop patrol" recovered two of them from local shops within a few days. Best of luck! _________________ Tim Herbert - Wisconsin |

Major bummer Patrick. I've enjoyed your work with Broken Spoke. I'm here in the Springs and will certainly keep an eye out. Many of the steelers in Denver are on the forum and will notice this, but I can send an email out to a list I have for a heads up as well. |

Patrick; This is a great place to ask for help.
I ask that you also post any descriptive details about the case. Things like stickers, the case maker, the case color, the type of case, duct tape on the handle, the type of latches (twist or latching), distinctive stains, and where the distictive marks are: all of these things will contribute toward one of us being able to moew readily identify your instrument. _________________ Regards

While we are at it. I more explicit descripion of the instrument would help.
In Lane's picture it looks like an S12 3+4; but it could be an S10 and it could have more knee levers. _________________ Regards
