When I saw the title I was expecting a medley of Christmas songs like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, etc., and I was pleased to hear that you've come up with something new for the season; very bright and cheerful. Did I hear a few triads there, varying from your usual single-note runs? I thought I even saw a slant.
I hope you and yours have a great Yuletide. I don't think most people realise that this is a busy time of year for people in your calling. but also a joyful one; a time to give thanks for one's loved ones and friends. (I guess loved ones and friends is a tautology.) |

Hey Charlie!!! (Pompe)
Once again you`ve made my day. Thanks so much for letting me know I made you smile. You know, I realize that there are a lot of musicians on this forum from all backgrounds, but I myself am on here just to share this broad array of musical knowledge that it provides. What a joy! Have some great holidays, and the best to your family with all sincerity,

Hey Alan!!! (Brookes)
My dear friend! I`m glad I kinda caught you off guard with this melody. To tell the truth, I thought about Rudolph etc., but I just could`nt in the mood, so I just let go, and let the music play! It is`nt too Christmasy, but it will do. And yes, there are a few light triads, slants, robbers, and anything else I could get in there. The crazy thing is, my wife, my family, and grandchildren, were off to the side out of camera range, who were giving me a hard time, and breaking up my concentration. They did`nt want to be in the frame, so they did their best to break me up. They did pretty good too! Anyway Alan, thanks as always, and I trust that the best of the Holidays are in store for you, and yours this season. God Bless, my retired ole friend, warmly greeted....

Hi Susan!
I`m always glad to hear from you my dear friend of the avant guard, and so many other genre frames of music!
There are "two words" for you! "Happy Holidays" and of course to your family as well. Thank you so much for your encouragement through this last year, and the previous years that I`ve come to know you. May God continue to smile on your gifts of music. From my family to yours again, "Happy Holidays!"

Hey Everybody!
I forgot I did this one back in 2012! Boy is it tough when you get young!!! A song melody written by me to celebrate the days of this time of year. I had some trouble from my "peanut gallery", off screen. They kept silly happy stuff going thereby breaking me up in laughter. But is`nt that what happiness is all about?
Anyway, Here it is again. Happy holidays! I had fun with this one!
I hope you will too, just one more time.
Ron

Hi Tom! (Lulias)
Thanks for dropping in! You know, the late great Ray Charles, made this statement "Everybody has Soul, they just down know it, until it comes out in them, in some way, shape, form, or fashion"! Thanks again, and be blessed.
