I need to express thanks to my new friend Larry LaBeck, who gave generously of his time, and shared his infectious enthusiasm for pedal steel guitar when he spent five hours at my house helping me get started. I learned a heckuva lot in just one day about every aspect of owning, caring for, and playing a pedal steel guitar. Larry is currently performing with The Orbitsuns - a great guy and fine player.
