During our show this past Saturday, David White was in house selling his Cyberfax Production Katrina storm damage DVDs. Tried to play mine today and it would not play on my DVD recorder/player. My computer would not recognize it either. We have been in touch with David and he will stand behind his product and make it good. I apologize for this inconvenience very much. Should you not be able to contact David, I will stand good for your purchase. Just let me know. I will insert another post tomorrow after we have a talk with David.
He can also be contacted via phone or internet connection.
Phone nos. 228 831 5823
228 263 4488
Internet address is: cyberfax@bellsouth.net
Again, please forgive me for this inconvenience. Please let me know if this requires for me to make your purchase good.
Thanks so much.

Bill, I had a little trouble with it but finally got it to play. Just in case you are having the same problem, when the windows come up with the locations on them, you have to use your up/down/side/to side buttons to highlight any one of them, then press play. You have to do it each time it stops. Hope that helps. |
