Lowered price to see if I can get some interest, just taking up space here!
Just when I thought I was finally out of JBL speakers, I took these two in trade. Two E140, 8 ohm, 15" speakers with black frames. Both were in PA cabinets previously and tested, sound good. Both have been reconed with the same kit (part number 7076 on the back side of the cone, and I don't know if that is JBL or aftermarket, I'm guessing aftermarket) and that was done before I got them. You can see, the one with the label intact has a missing piece on the aluminum dome, and I don't have anyone here locally that I know to get that replaced (the part is pretty easy to get off ebay and elsewhere although you'd have to be careful to remove the old and glue in a new one so I didn't risk it)so selling it the way you see it. The other has a paper dust cap which works fine but of course doesn't give you that classic JBL look when you see the shiny metal through the grille, and it is missing the JBL label but you can see the two frames are identical. Sold either as a pair for $225 NOW $185 including ground shipping by Fedex, CONUS (and that box would weigh close to 50 lbs so shipping isn't cheap) OR either one for $95 shipped.
