'Overheard the phrase "on second thought" today and since I always loved playing that steel break, I accessed YouTube and there's a felluh playing a Bigsby Triple Neck Pedal steel.

Thought I pass along for those that enjoyed that song.

Who be the player ?

That's Eddies regular player Ned (can't remember last name). He plays with his second and third fingers on right hand. Super nice guy.

That was Eddie's road player for sure. I can't remember his last name either. He was originally a guitar player who use picks on his middle and ring finger along with a flat pick and when he went to steel he'd just drop the flatpick and put on a thumbpick leaving the fingerpicks in place.....Can't remember where I heard that but it makes sense... That black and white video is a classic.....JH in Va.

Ned Davis was Eddie's road player as I recall. This video with Ned is just synced to the original track with PF playing pedal steel. That Bigsby is a classic, but it's not being played here.

Search Eddie Rabbit here on the forum. This has been discussed a few times before.
