I have two lower's on my right leg, and two raises on my left. Both E's are on the appropriate leg going left. Just wondered if anyone else in the world uses a similar setup.

My Marlen did that with the Es, and LKR (when I bought it: I corrected it right away to raise 1, drop 6) raised 1&7, RKR lowered 2&9.
I'd find such a setup unsatisfactory today, I regularly drop 4 and 2 simultaneously.

My U-12 is set up like that,LKL raises Es, LKR raises F# to G# and D# to E. RKL lowers Es, RKR lowers D#.

Joe Wright has a similar coped, but with RKs reversed.

Pete:

I have a Sho~Bud Pro III, and I am led to understand it has the standard "Sho-Bud" setup, which is somewhat similar to the "Emmons" setup. Pedals A, B, C are Emmons.

LKL raises the Es.
LKR raises strings 7 and 1 from F# to G

RKL lowers the Es.
RKR lowers 2 from D# to D.

(RKL also lowers 3 on the C6 neck from C to B)

So YES! Somebody else in the world (probably many) use the same setup as you.

And BTW my ham call is VE3EOM.

Mike

Same setup as mine, thanks Michael and Dave for the identification as Sho-Bud knee lever setup.
Cheers!

Should have posted my coped to begin with, here it is:

Glad to know there are similar ones out there. Sounds like a ShoBud would be a good choice for me one of these days when I update my current guitar!
