Strobo won't come on anymore! None of the LEDS on the front light up but switch still lights. Anybody got any ideas? Has been used very little

Gary, Ive been on their website, but was just hoping someone had a similar problem. I hate to spend a fortune on it. I also have a flip that works great.
BTW, I was in your neck of the woods last weekend sitting in with a group at post office BBQ I believe in Atoka

they WILL come up solid & get you back up & runnin'
you won't spend a fortune either - matter of fact, you'll be surprised
i had a similar prob w: my stroborack - power failure

I concur with the remarks about the support from these folks. I've had some (minor) problems and when I called, they bent over backwards to assure my problems were resolved.

Larry, I didn't even have time to call. I received an email from them and they said to send it to em and they'd fix it under warranty! How about that! What a great group of folks. I recommend getting in touch with them. They will surely treat you right!

I just called Peterson, talked to Sue. She talked me through a couple things and I am back in business. Less than 30 minutes. Such nice, nice people. Very Happy Very Happy . A great big thank you to the folks at Peterson. SO nice to talk to. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy All it was was a tiny plug in had come unplugged on the inside. Simple fix for me and I am pretty dunb in this stuff.
