My name is Gene Cuthrell and I live in Hickory, NC. I have played the steel guitar for 32 years. I have a particular steel that I thought you might like to know about. It is a steel that Leonard Statler made for you for a promotion. When Leonard picked the guitar up from Nashville he came by my house and left it here. It is the best playing steel I have ever owned. I was just wondering if you remembered it, it was probably about 30 years ago? Just thought I'd let you know it still plays great.

Moving to "Pedal Steel" since this a question about an instrument.
