A while ago I posted, looking for info about what the rhythm guitar player might play in a song such as Faded Love. A walking type rhythm. I was thinking it might translate effectively to pedal steel. It might... But as is usually the case, we find some interesting things along the way. I found a few Youtube videos by a fellow named Leon Grizzard. I thought they were very informative, you may also. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44zOQ8MpFYs
Now my offering, on what is going to be an exceptionally beautiful day in Western Ohio. I hope it is useful.
Note:G=1/2 tone raise(can be done with 1/2 tone lower on the 6th string). L=1/2 tone lower. E=1/2 tone lower. Play with the timing on these... Boom, chick, chick played as slow triplets.
