Any info on these guitars? Been playing for about a year and trying to upgrade from sho bud maverick with no knee levers. Seems to be in my price range.

Grab it. A fully functional pedal steel at an economic price. The inspiration for everyone else's economy model

I've only been playing pedal steel about two months, but I can say with confidence that I have not had any tuning or mechanical issues, and the sound keeps getting better and better as I improve. It feels really good to play and since it is so well built I can concentrate on learning/playing unstead of upkeep. I love this steel!

If you have a chance to buy this guitar at a fair price,...do it.
My pal, Mike Douchette, is a fully seasoned, well established, session/road player, and he has praised, and appreciated his Zum Stage 1 guitar, as much, or more than any other guitar that he's owned...
