| We're the West Texas Steel Guitar Association and most all of our meetings are in Merkle, Tx right down interstate 20 just a little west of Abilene. We've got members from Abilene, Albany, Clyde, Brownwood, Colorado City, Loraine, Merkle, just to mention a few. We had a little jam last Sunday in Larry Tolivers living room and had, best I remember six steels set up in there. The beauty of our club is that is a bunch of guys you'd enjoy visiting with even if there wasn't a steel around. Come see us. |
