Just wanted folks to know that my new CD, "Pedal Steel Jazz" is now back in stock at www.cdbaby.com/cd/jimcohen2 If any of you have gone there recently to purchase the disc and found it out of stock, that situation has now been corrected.
You can, of course, still download the whole album or individual tracks, if you prefer that to buying the CD (and it's cheaper).
Finally, if anyone would like to buy the album but is reluctant to shop at CDBaby because they require use of either a credit card or PayPal account, just shoot me an email and I'll fix ya up.

I just got my copy, and it's wonderful. Jim's playing can only be described as elegant.
It has been said that the best players are not known for what they play. They are know for what they don't play. Jim's playing here is economically tasteful. He never plays 2 notes if one will do, but it's always the right one. The result is an album that's laid back, beautiful, and accessible, even to those who aren't big jazz fans.
Jim has already established himself as a master steel guitarist who can play anything. This CD only furthers his deservedly stellar reputation. I think every single person on this forum should not just buy it, but listen to it, even if you think you only like country.
Way to go Jim.
