Fender two button footswitch (old style)

I'd like to purchase a Fender two button footswitch with two RCA plugs to go into the back of the amp. I have an old MusicMan 2-12 amp which uses one of these. All I can find are the kind with a stereo 1/4" plug... Anyone have one of these you'd part with?.....Thanks, JH in Va.
