Having kids is a never ending learning experience. You never know how to prepair for "firsts". This Saturday was no exception. I walked my daughter down the isle and gave her away. When she and I stood behind those Chapel doors and the first downbeat of the wedding march hits and those big doors fly open, man, I nearly lost it. I couldn't walk or talk. My four words "her mother and I" wouldn't come out.
She was gorgeous and so was the wedding and reception. I'm very proud and sad at the same time.

Hey now! This is what the family forum is ALL about (or the beauty of the steel forum) a deviation from steel guitar talk!
I have two daughters and know I will feel the same sentiments as Chris.
Some lucky guys.......... |
