Want some info on a Tube amplifier that is heading my way. it's in a state of severe disrepair, as the pics will show. And please ignore the dodgy wooden cabinet- it's not original, obviously!
Hope someone can identify this thing, So I can look online for a schematic or circuit diagram.
...Cat not included....

Well it is odd to say the least..I am pretty experienced with SS Vox amps and I can tell you that the chassis resembles a SS Vox Chassis or a clone. But, from what I can tell, Vox never used that blue color, at least not in production...The chassis more resembles the preamp section of all the SS amps, a few of them did perhaps have a tube drive stage as well but the power supply and power amps are on a separate chassis. The layout of the top and rear panels are seriously VOX ...the knobs are VOX...

But that being said...a photo of the chassis would very valuable here...seeing the tubes, if any, or perhaps just a preamp tube..( hybrid ) would really be an asset. This could be a very early example of something like an AC4 or AC 6....but that's just a guess...because the stuff on the rear panel describes NEWER models when Vox was building SS amps...

Interesting amp...post some more photo's when you can....

Maybe someone made a sort of VOX clone, not hard to imagine...
