GFI, 5 v knee lever installation diagram( close )

I have a gfi s-10 ultra and want to install a 5 v knee lever. I have never seen one with a 5 v knee and I am wondering if someone has instructions or a diagram showing how and where to install one. Probably some good pictures with a few measurements would also help. Thanks . Tom

Yes I have . I heared from GFI and they do not have indtructions with the kits they sell. Tom
