Those of you who are aware, a discussion regarding Jody's posting prematurly that a cd will be released and following a heated discussion between Jody and Mike W. resulted
in the thread being closed at Jody's request.
I have read something posted by Rick Anderson
on Jody's behalf and would like to quote Rick Anderson for his comments which above all hurt me to think of losing Jody as Jody has been ill and who knows how many more years anyone one of us have on this earth.
I ask that Jody and the person he had the confrontation with will shake hands and be friend as we should all be on this Forum.
This is the quote that hurt me the most, as I hope to have the opportunity to be Jody's son in law in the not too distant future and losing him would be a disaster to his family. Bear with me and ask that these two get together and make peace.

Jody is one of our premiere Steel Guitar icons, not just some old hack. Someday he will no longer be with us - are you sure you want the pointless antagonism of the preceding posts to stand among the last words you ever said to him?
Thank You Rick,let peace be made between Jody and the gentleman that too issue with Jody's comments. I'm only trying to make peace.
