You are right on Danna, this is one of the best, besides right inside a resurant with great food, AND, best backup band anywhere, backed up by non other than Roy r. from texas on keyboard. This one is good don't miss out, come and have a great day of STEEL GUITAR music.

Tomorrow is the big day in Blountstown Fl. Jimmy Powell puts on one of the finest shows in the country. I regret i won't be able to attend. I have an inner ear infection. sounds like 3 bad steel players , all playing out of tune. but then, thats nothing new. hope ya'll have a great time, Dana wayne Flood |

Jiommy Powel is quit guy, he never blows his own horn, nor crokes his pond.
Let me do it for him, his show is always one of the best to attend, as good a backup band as you will find anywhere. Wayne Martin can sure play that fiddle, and also serve some fine food as well. It is Callahans resurant in bluntwtown Fl. the show is held, 2 times a year. The last one had John Hughey, this one Doug J. Roy was to be there but called in sick, get well soon roy, see you next time.
Great music,Clyde bloodworth matched strings with doug and it was very good. Larry Bullock, Jack Conyer, Jimmy Powel,Ernest cawby.
GOOD SHOW GOOD TIME
