We are getting ready for our Aug. steel guitar club meeting. First Sunday will be the 5th so everyone get ready for another fun filled afternoon of pickin and some will laugh out loud at some of the going-ons we will have. If you haven't been to one of our meetings, you need to show up the 5th. and see what your missing. Bring your steels, pedal or non pedal your welcome to join us and be part of the good time we have. Start at 1:00 and quit at 4:00. There will be food and drinks at the concession stand Gary has set up. See y'all there.... Hi There Everyone,
Kind of like the politicians in the news I received an unidentified phone call that said the snack bar at the meeting in Muldrow had Hamburgers and Hot Dogs as well as drinks available for purchase. I figured I would take my slim figure down and see if it is true. Hope everyone comes down tomorrow. We will have a great time.

| We had a great turn out today, 10 steelers were there and feelin good. Had some real good music and made plans for a concert around the first part of Oct. Linda took some real good pictures and I will get them posted tomorrow. Good back up band also, sure would be hard to make it without them. Food was also good, pulled pork BBQ and fries, hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks. However I did not eat all my FRIES!!!!! Feel good about that. If you weren't there, you missed a good one!!!! Ron |

Good shots. The challenge is on for all players to work on "We Could" in "C" using pedals B & C and especially between me and Gene. Ought to be a fun time Sept. 2nd. Put it on your calendar.
