I tightened a clamp on my Zum too much the other day and stripped it out. Bruce had a new one in the mail that very day. That's great customer service! Thanks, Bruce.

What few problems I've had with my Zums, Bruce always Johnny on the Spot. Great guy to deal with.

I agree with all the posts about Bruce. I have always had help when I needed it from Bruce. He has built three D-10's for me, and all were exactly as I ordered. I hope there is another in my future.

The steel guitar world is one of the few places these days where a hand shake and a promise really mean something. I hope that's not a generational phenomena. I'd like to think it will continue to be that way as the younger generation gets older. Hopefully guys like Bruce will help us remember how important those things are.

Amen to that, Jeff.

I couldn't agree more about what's already been said about Bruce as a person and his attention to detail in his workmanship....he's the real deal and you can take that to the bank. Oh, and he's quite a steel picker too. If you haven't heard his latest CD, you owe it to yourself to. Just contact him and buy it...trust me, you'll be real glad you did!

I'll chime in about Bruce also. I have two Zums and can't remember the last time there was a major problem. When I had my Emmons' years ago, seemed like I was always underneath them. Bruce is a class act and makes a great steel....but you know that!

I've never had a problem with either of them. Went out and played a gig on the first day I received one of them. Both arrived in perfect order. Nothing to do but play them.

Thanks Bruce

I'll always remember Bruce.

Ditto on Bruce's service. All it has ever took on what little service I have needed is ONE phone call. He is a gem in the steel guitar family.
