Are they four in a line tuners or single tuners? The Magnatone I had used standard Kluson tuners like the ones sold by WD.
Post a photo of your guitar so we can see what you need. It could be that all you need is a replacement tuner button.

I have one just like that. My tuner buttons are all good, but I have some tight tuners. Mine is 4 on a strip. When I got it only 4 tuners could be turned by hand, it is up to 12 now. I used a lubricating control cleaner and 3in1 oil. Stewmac used to carry the clear buttons but I don't see them listed there anymore. WD is probably your best bet although they don't list them either. The Lyric is a nice guitar, somewhat underrated I think.
