If you wish your floor pedals to be raised and the adjusting rod has no thread left, buy one inch square 2 sided velcro pads and apply to top of desired pedal. No harm when removed and gives "raised" pedal effect with no change in action. Try it!

If the connector is screwed all the way onto the connector so the won't raise anymore, you could easily cut off 1/4-1/2" of the rod thread.

If it's just a temporary fix you need, put the front legs in an ashtray.
