Buddy Emmons receives the N.T.S.G.A Legends Award in 2005.

Also Weldon Myrick received the award too.

Elsie Crawford accepted the award for her late husband Jimmy Crawford.

All three persons has made a terrfic impact on the Steel Community.

The N.T.S.G.A. supports our Pro-players. We are so blessed to have some of the most top player as members of our Steel Guitar Club.

These two men are definitely worthy of these awards. Emmons has always been my personal favorite and Myrick just right up there with him. I long for the day I can see Weldon Myrick play at a steel show. Maybe he will be at the Texas show in 2006. Hey, maybe Myrick and Emmons will both be there.

Hi Bill, I sure like those photos. Would it be possible to get a good one of Jimmie from Elsie and post it with these? Thank you.

Wow!!!!! I have the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure , of working with all three legends, and let me tell you ,they are all a class act on and off stage. They have set a standard of musicianship that is hard to follow. It is a standard by which everyone can shoot for. Thanks guys for all the music the friendship and the fun times. I know there will be alot more to come from "BIG E" and Weldon. And Jimmy, we all miss your talent and humor. Rest in peace my friend. Bobby

I apologize for overlooking the award given to the late Jimmy Crawford. Jimmy certainly was a great steel player and very deserving of this award. I know that Jimmy is missed greatly and I know his family will cherish this award.
