For those who missed out on the last one sold here recently......here's your second chance at a rare beauty......

I didn't have time to set it up before I left for out of town, so I've taken many photos to show every aspect of this guitar.....

The guitar is in EX+ condition both cosmetically and mechanically. Greg Jones went over this guitar from top to bottom with a fine tooth comb, set it up, added a knee lever and a few original pedals. I have never played this guitar out and haven't played it very much in. It's extremely clean under the hood. Original case is in good condition. Worn but well intact.

I'm not where the guitar is right now (won't be back in town until the beginning of Aug) so I don't have the serial # on hand. I'm hoping that Greg Jones will drop in here and provide this info and other details that escape me at present.......$2500.00 plus shipping.

I cant remember the serial number off hand but if my memory serves me right, this is an early 70's, Phoenix built guitar. The finish is excellent and original. All castings were polished and a full overhaul on the undercarraige was done including the changer. I did add a 6th pedal and the LKV on the guitar. This guitar has the "Lean & Mean E6th" tuning on it by Al Marcus. It has several complex changes including LKL operating 2 cross shafts with a total of 4 pulls. Sorry I cant remember all the exact changes but it is a very unique tuning with all the possibilities of the E9th and 6th tunings. It could be changed over to a straight E9th without much work. Howard is a super gentleman to deal with and his instruments are pristine. This is a really nice ZB. Any questions I will be happy to andwer if I can.

The Al Marcus tuning is worth the price of admission. Al had a fine, musical mind.
