The rated power will be cut down to max 140 watts at 8 ohms (their published spec's) but it won't harm it. |

Thanks again. ~Nick~

Even at the reduced output, the amp is capable of more than the speakers.
I don't recall if you're a C6 guy or just E9th.
If you stick to E9, I doubt you'll have problems, since most power is at the bottom end.
But obviously, don't push it much _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

If I understood right, you have two 8 ohm speakers in your cab?
Wire them parallel and you get a total load of 4 ohms. _________________ Olli Haavisto

Thanks Olli,I do have them parallel so I guess they'll match up pretty good if that is the case. |

I love happy endings. My first clue was the use of the term "speakers"...... but used with the singular noun "cabinet" _________________ Lawyers are done: Emmons SD-10, 3 Dekleys including a D10, NV400, and lots of effects units to cover my clams... |
