ID of steeler in old Beach Boys photo? (and a $30K guitar).

Anybody know who this steeler is? It's an early 70's photo of the Beach Boys.

Found the pic on eBay. The lucite Fender guitar on the far right is being auctioned off for the low, low price of $28,999.99 But hey, the shipping is free. Very Happy
