After 40 years of kicking it around,it looks like " Tony Booth " might have a real New Career in Country Music for the world to hear and see, him! Thanks to " The Heart Of Texas Country Music Museum " Association's, Tracy Pitcox for doing what other should be doing. I'm sure George Jones & Tammy Wynette's Daughter Geogette Jones can't be hurting Tony's Career, nor her. A big thanks to " Heart Of Texas Records " for keeping it, the real deal alive. Also give it up for " Jim Loessberg " who Produced another great Artist in the same shoes as " Tony Booth "," Bobby G.Rice ". His big million seller was " You Lay So Easy On My Mind ". Now,this is why the ACM and Nashville heads would like to and need to take the Show to Dallas,Texas so that they can re-claim What they have killed. My old friends ain't letting us down in the like of Willie Nelson,Ray Benson,Merle Haggard,Toby Keith,Bobby Jay,Darrell McCall,Tommy Gobel,Dottsy,Jimmy Lester,Larry Settle,Curtis Potter,Uncle = Leo J.Eiffert,Jr. and all the rest who are with us.Many,Many names of off the wall Artist across this here USA.God Bless the Steel Guitar Musicians all over this world for keep Country Music Alive and well. Winking Sincerely in Music, Uncle = Leo J.Eiffert,Jr.

I remember meeting Tony, in August of 1983, when I was on my back to Baton Rouge from Kentucky and Ohio, visiting relatives. Tony was the bass player and front man for Gene Watson. Tony, Tiny Olson and the rest of the Fairwell Party band, were staying at the same motel,I was staying at in Nash ville. We met at the motel restaraunt, and began talking music. Tony and the guys in the were really nice people. As I recall, Tony was well known back in the 1970's. If meomory serves me right, he got his start working with Buck Owens. I know he had a hit with the song, The Key's in The Mailbox.

I've known Dottsy since the mid-70's when she was a college student at UT. I later was in her road band and toured all over the nation with her. She was definitely a country singer then and she still is, since we're still in touch and I occasionally play with her nowadays.

"Country" like Loretta Lynn? No, but definitely Texas country from the 70's. And she's wonderful people.
