| Young steel player here...loved the sound for many years, finally bought one three months ago. I'm wondering about locals in the area that play steel around here. Colonel Ford brings in some good players, but im not seeing much beyond that. Also, anyone interested in giving lessons. (please?) I think im picking it up pretty well. |

And not to forget a certain steel guitar weekend every year around Labor Day, held at the Millenium Hotel. You can meet a few fine steel plaers there...
