It's getting mixed reviews; but, we enjoyed it. It was very entertaining. Lots of good 80's rock music. The vocals are great.
The main reason we wanted to see it was to see Diego Boneta. Diego's grandmother lives next door to us. Diego grew up in Mexico. When he was a little boy, he and his mom would come up here and visit our neighbor. Diego and our son played together, even though Diego spoke very little English. That doesn't matter much to little boys.

I doubt the movie will win any awards. We were entertained, and that's why we go to the movies. |
