I think my PSG pursuit is affecting my sanity. I woke up in the middle of the night mumbling about A flat minor. I have been playing (normal) guitar for 45 years, I never thought of all the inversions and triads and all that good stuff. I can rip on my start and tele, but I think this PSG is causing brain damage. Even right now I am planning my day around the Marty Stewart Show, hoping for some nice steel. Good thing tomorrow is Sunday, hey any churches around here with a steel player? Help!
Anyone else observe this effect?

Haven't you heard of YouTube?  There's more music and steel there than you could ever hope to find on a TV show, or on the radio. I gave up listening to half-hour or hour long shows just to hear 30 seconds of good steel guitar. On you tube, it's there any time of the day I care to watch. |

Yes Donny,
I have spent hours and hours on You Tube, I just enjoy the fact that Marty's show is pretty much "real Time" and like live performances if available, which is difficult in this part of the "People's Republica".

Affect is a verb so effect is correct. lol. You are so right; steeling itself causes many strange changes in one's mentality and yes, changes in vocabulary as well. I say just keep on steelin'. After all, it is Biblical: Psalm 33:2, 92:3, and 144:9.
