Cleartune Tuner For Standard Tele Type Guitar

Which of these with Cleartune would be better for a standard tele type of guitar?
Equal Temperament or Stretch Tuned Guitar

I would try them both and see which 1 you like better.
and if you don't like those, you could always write your own. Cleartune supports custom tunings. I have Bb6, C6, and E9 in mine.
