Best 13-year old fiddler, Mark O'Connor plays "Tom and Jerry" on the Porter Wagoner Show (1975)
Can anyone identify the young steel guitar player in this video?

I also believe it is Pee Wee Rodgers, who is a wonderful player and great guy. Bruce Osbon is playing some fine back-up guitar.
