Want to trade Ovation for decent S10 starter steel

would like to trade a Nice Black Ovation "Elite" Acoustic Electric with on board (Built-in) tuner and HS Case for an S10 with three pedals and two to four knee levers.
I want something to leave at a jam site so am not looking for perfect appearance. A few dings and scratches are ok if it plays decent and stays in tune.
