Hi guys,I have an old Fender steel,I think from the 50's.I have had it for a number of years and have been playing it but now I have a BMI I inherited from my bro.cause he can't play it anymore.Unfortunately it has issues, before I got it someone had tried to make one of the 8 string necks into a 10,didn't work so I covered it with a pad. Also they had made homemade knee levers for the left knee.It works but it's ugly.I'll be sending photos later.I think it's a Fender 800 or 1000,not sure, all cables underneath but still plays not to bad.Is it worth anything?Maybe some one could restore it or could use it for parts.I'll try to get photos a.s.a.p. Dave. |

Sorry I haven't replied lately, been real busy with family problems.I,m going to find out the cost of shipping and then I'll put a price on the old steel. If I can get $300.00 plus the price of shipping would be great,I'm still trying to get some pics out there, please be patient. Thanks, Dave. |
