Still always think of my friend of many years.
Dale showed me a lot, and he always gave me
something to look forward to in the future.
R.I.P. my friend and keep playing with angels.

Dale was a great commercial player
and always a hoot to hang with.
We met up in the early '70's when he
was living downstream from St Louis.
He also played houseband at Bobby
Mackies Boulevard club just across
the river from Cincy.
I've seen Diane at ISGC several
times since Dale has passed.

I first met Dale in Nashville in 71 when he was working for Connie Smith. He was a frequent visitor to Little Roy Wiggin's music store, as he and Bob Browning (who also worked at the store) were friends.
The last time I saw Dale was in the Fulawka room at the ISGC. |

I met Dale in the mid 70s and he was just such a great guy to be around. I too remember him playing in the house band at Bobby Mackie's and it was always great to see and hear him whenever we played there with Gene. A wonderful player and person... still miss him !!
Sincerely,
Chris "Tiny" O. |
