The switch that alternates from one neck to the other is distorting my tone and causing signal breakup. I play an emmons legrande. I havent noticed this problem until now. Any solutions?[/list] _________________ Keenan Friday

Well, if you're sure it's the selector switch that's causing the problem, you can order a new one from the Emmons company....or one of the dealer's here on the forum like Jerry Roller, Billy Knowles, Lynn Stafford et al.
Wiring and soldering a new switch on an Emmons D10 is a bit tedious, but you can do it with a little patience and a good iron.
You could try spraying some electronics cleaner/lube in there first to see if that helps, I suppose. |
