I am thinking about changing the pick-ups on my Marlen D-10...For sure the C6 Pickup...its about shot. Checked all the wiring resoldered everything and it still is not good.
Real Question is what ideas do you have for brand and model of pickup. Currently my pickups are original and single coil...also narrow mount....
Couple I might consider are Lawrence 710, or 705...George L ???
Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, Jerry Wallace. You'll be glad you did. Tell him what you expect it to do, and it will...a few weeks later, for not too much $$$. And your guitar will never know the difference, because he will use the pickup's parts in the rebuild, unless they're broken. My top plates were cracked on a 66 ShoBud, he rewound them with his own top plates, but all the rest was original. They are just perfect! _________________ RICK ABBOTT
