Anybody have an opinion on the relative leg stability between ETS and GFI's? Looks like they both have those light aluminum legs.

Plenty strong and stable enough on both.

I had both a GFI S-10 and SD-10..with the light aluminum legs, they were strong enough, but the S-10 bounced around....the SD-10 had a wide enough stance that it stayed steady. I now have Williams guitars, and they use a sharper leg angle, so the S-10 Williams feels like an SD-10 GFI....(and they are a touch lighter than the GFIs). The Williams legs are a bit heavier also, which probably contributes to the stable feeling...all of them worked fine, this is just a ranking along the issue you asked about.

I have had my new ETS about two months now. The legs are very stable. Great guitar by the way.

I just got my ETS S10 a few weeks ago and I love it.
It is pretty steady for a light PSG.
