I sent Keith my Hilton pedal for servicing about 10 or so days ago. I told him he could take his time and work on it as I had others equipment to use. Keith found a problem that required a lot of diagnostics and testing. I got it back today and tried it out. After using pot pedals for a while I realized how much more I liked the Hilton.
The quality of the pedal is great but the most impressive thing about it is the man who makes it.
Keith went over my pedal from top to bottom and tweaked and upgraded things that I will never understand. He was far beyond fair in his dealings with me and I feel that I owe him big time.
I will always be a Hilton customer and friend.
Thank you Keith.

Ben, I was happy to help you. Hilton Pedals are designed where they can be fixed. Most electronic devices of today can not be fixed. When it comes to repairs, I have seen a lot of different things. One pedal came in for repair after dropping off the top of a car running 70 miles an hour. The fellow told me he heard it hit his trunk as it left the car. After the pedal hit the highway a car behind ran over it. I have had pedals come in that have been under water in flooded basements. Each repair is different, and I always learn something from the really difficult ones. As the old saying goes: "It took a licking and kept on ticking".
