I have a buzz in my new Marlen and I just replaced my volume pot,I thought it was the Amp but it doesn't seem to do it with my strat,If someone would loan me a pick up I would pay shipping both ways or buy it,I just hate to part with the original on my marlen if that isn't the problem, this would really help me, I would like a single coil if possible, the Marlen looks like a truetone?? If you can help please let me know this is running me crazy:)..I don't know what else to try...Thank You, Bill |

If it looks like a TrueTone, I doubt it's the original. Len liked using colored plastic to sorta match the guitar.
Have you checked all the solder connections for loose grounds?
I have an MSA single coil, if you return it.
But I really suspect it's the wiring. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
