Kinda funny really. I could never get my jazz group booked there when it was called The Sacramento Jazz Jubilee or the Sacramento Jazz Festival, but this year they changed it to the Sacramento Music Festival and booked my country band. Not that I'm complaining. They have us on the main stage, which should be pretty fun.
Anyway, if you're planning on being at the festival come by and say hello. The group is called The Foxtails www.thefoxtails.com
Here is the site for the festival www.sacjazz.com
Thanks,
Joe |

Joe: Good to hear you'll be playing the event. I'll be there as well with The Stardust Cowboys. We'll do two shows on Saturday and three shows on Sunday. What days are you playing? |

Have fun Joseph. We played it 3 yaers in row. They run you all over the place but it's fun. They ask us too come back but traveling with instruments and the time away from home was just too difficult.

Yeah, looking forward to it for sure. So far they just have us for two shows on Monday. We're a pretty new band so I'm happy just to be booked. I guess there was a push to expand the umbrella of the show and bring in more "tunes for the kids to enjoy" so that's where we come in. |
