Wouldn,t this be a fake or forgery since it has the gibson name and headstock shape.Just asking not throwing any stones.I do not understand this whole copy right forgery thing.Maybe there are some members with more info about this.Thanks Jerry

This is the way the dealer in China sold it to me.
It is definately a forgery and I don't deny it.
It is still a very nice guitar.
